We are a quality focused, people oriented, and privately owned plumbing company, founded in 2011.
Owned and operated by brothers Corey and Adam Lawes, the directorship has a combined construction knowledge in excess of 40 years; not to mention the management team garners more than 100 years of construction experience.
Add to that the knowledge of growing staff and the claim to 1,000 years of collective experience suggests it's not always about the numbers, but the quality of the work we output.

We strive to find solutions for all our client’s needs and extend ourselves to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients and ourselves. We work with developers, builders, consumers and collaborate with our trade partners to ensure we give the best results possible on all projects we're responsible for.
Over the past 8 years we have completed more than 50 projects, covering more than 20,000 apartments, aged care living, multi-complexes, office blocks, infrastructure, luxury multi-story apartment complexes, high-rise Motels, Hotel structures and secondary school expansion programs, offering pride of place. You name it, we have done it.
Our success is our ability to deliver timely construction milestones throughout the construction process, our focus on quality, best practices and collaborative continuous improvement initiatives, that ensures the delivery of service to our builders, stakeholders and developers.

Our technology through innovation doesn’t stop with the utilisation of cloud services and integrating these software components in to a cohesive solution for our staff, but our tools of the trade are industry leading.
Innovation at the design, engineering and implementation processes include a unique pre-fabrication process that reduces installation time and improves the quality of the work we output, thereby saving on job costs.
Professionalism
Our dedicated team from apprentice, to plumber, labourers, foremen and management, maintain professionalism at all times while representing Allpro.
All our staff wear an Allpro uniforms and correct PPE gear whenever completing any task and adhere to all relevant OH&S guidelines.
Systems
At Allpro we believe in a systematic approach to tasks through the use of project management applications, cloud based document management and team collaboration tools as well as back end supplier and vendor systems that we utilise to ensure we get the job done efficiently and effectively.
Quality
The Allpro Quality Assurance program has been successfully running and improving over the past couple of years to ensure installation success. Now, all our plumbing installations have QA sheets completed with photo and/or video evidence of installations uploaded to the cloud for later use and can be sent to clients/builders whenever required.
