Our Story
Allpro Plumbing Group is a privately owned, people-driven plumbing company founded in 2007 with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and innovation.
Originally established by brothers Corey and Adam Lawes, the company’s leadership brought together over 40 years of combined construction expertise. Today, Adam Lawes leads as sole Director, with Corey now focusing on construction projects within the childcare sector. Supporting Adam is a seasoned management team whose collective experience exceeds 100 years—further bolstered by a growing, skilled workforce that together boasts over 1,000 years of hands-on industry knowledge.
While numbers can tell part of the story, at Allpro, we believe it’s the quality of our work, not just the years behind us, that defines our impact.
What sets Allpro apart is our commitment to continuous improvement, calculated decision-making, and an unwavering drive to outperform ourselves. We believe our only real competition is who we were yesterday. Through a systematic, solution-focused approach, we consistently deliver the highest standard of service to our clients—whether they’re developers, builders, homeowners, or trade partners.
To date, we have successfully delivered more than 50 major projects, spanning over 20,000 apartments and including aged care facilities, mixed-use developments, high-rise motels, hotel structures, office towers, infrastructure packages, and educational facility expansions. If it’s been built, there’s a good chance we’ve been part of it.

Innovation
At Allpro we are always looking to improve the way we do things as a business and as a leading commercial plumbing company in Victoria.
Our technology through innovation doesn’t stop with the utilisation of cloud services and integrating these software components in to a cohesive solution for our staff, but our tools of the trade are industry leading.
Innovation at the design, engineering and implementation processes include a unique pre-fabrication process that reduces installation time and improves the quality of the work we output, thereby saving on job costs.
Professionalism
Our dedicated team from apprentice, to plumber, labourers, foremen and management, maintain professionalism at all times while representing Allpro.
All our staff wear an Allpro uniforms and correct PPE gear whenever completing any task and adhere to all relevant OH&S guidelines.
Systems
At Allpro we believe in a systematic approach to tasks through the use of project management applications, cloud based document management and team collaboration tools as well as back end supplier and vendor systems that we utilise to ensure we get the job done efficiently and effectively.
Quality
The Allpro Quality Assurance program has been successfully running and improving over the past couple of years to ensure installation success. Now, all our plumbing installations have QA sheets completed with photo and/or video evidence of installations uploaded to the cloud for later use and can be sent to clients/builders whenever required.
Collaboration
A project gets built by many hands, over the course of a long journey. We believe in collaboration with all of our clients, builders, trades, and suppliers; all to get the project done.
